Darryl Lemus is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 10 years of experience in the mental health industry in a variety of settings. He currently is working at Harvard University as a Mental Health Counselor. Darryl is also a co-leader of the Crimson Mind and Body Program which provides psychotherapy and other services to the student-athlete population.His experience also includes working at a crisis center, a health insurance company, the Outpatient Psychiatry Program at Marlborough Hospital (member of the UMass Health System), and is Darryl is the founder of Clipper City Counseling.

Darryl views therapy as an active process and uses a collaborative and interactive approach to counseling. He utilizes a mixture of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy to help address individuals experiencing anxiety, difficulties with sport, professional, and daily personal performance, adjustments and/or life transitions (relationship, career, other), mild depression, and insomnia. Darryl is a certified CBT-Insomnia therapist by Dr. Jacobs CBT for Insomnia Center.
